Return & Exchange Policy
At Qaaf Fabrics we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return or exchange under any conditions. If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 7 days of delivery. After you generate a query, the Customer Service Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you.
After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange in case of any major fault. We will not offer any refund but we may offer you an exchange in case of any major fault.
- Ready to Wear or Made to Order articles are not eligible for Exchange and Return.
- The faulty item provided by the customers MUST be in its Original Form.
- For Web orders, you can only exchange / return through Qaaf Fabrics online store.
- There is no Return and Exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product.
- Company is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.
- Company does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.
- We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as: the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
- If during delivery, customs and duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.
